At just 48, Brandon Blackstock’s death on August 7, 2025, left his family facing an immeasurable loss. His daughter, Savannah, who is expecting another child, shared a deeply personal tribute, calling him her “favorite cowboy” and finding comfort in her belief that he is “in Heaven with our Savior.”
Brandon, a longtime talent manager who worked with stars like Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson, battled cancer for more than three years before passing surrounded by loved ones. He was also remembered as a devoted father to Savannah, Seth, River, and Remington, and as a proud grandfather.
After decades in the music industry, he fulfilled his dream of building a ranch life in Montana with his partner, Brittney, where he launched the Headwaters Livestock Auction and Valley View Rodeo.
His family will honor him at a celebration of life on August 17 in Montana, asking that donations be made to the Brandon Blackstock Memorial Fund through the Montana Stockgrowers Foundation. Though gone too soon, his legacy of love, resilience, and hard work continues through his children, grandchildren, and the life he built.
