Joshua bought an old couch at a garage sale, expecting nothing more than a cheap piece of furniture for the guest room he was creating in his garage. The seller, Kristen, told him it belonged to her late mother and that she was selling items to help pay for her daughter\u2019s leukemia treatments. Joshua paid the $20, loaded the couch, and left feeling like he\u2019d gotten a good deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once he brought the couch home, something strange happened. His dog, Wasabi, became obsessed with one spot on the cushions, barking and scratching nonstop. At first, Joshua laughed it off, assuming the couch simply had an odd smell. But Wasabi wouldn\u2019t stop, and Joshua\u2019s curiosity grew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
