She also announced she will take over as CEO and chairwoman of Turning Point USA, vowing to continue her husband&#8217;s mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller delivered a fiery speech, declaring Kirk a \u201cmartyr\u201d and warning that his death would only strengthen their movement.
