These crispy chicken fritters are a crowd-pleaser, perfect as an appetizer or main course. Packed with flavor and easy to make, they’re great for dipping in your favorite sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 25 oz shredded chicken (leftover or canned)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅛ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Oil (vegetable or olive) for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix chicken, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, spices, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape into small patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
