I recently bought a vacuum sealing machine and, out of pure curiosity, decided to test it on three bananas I had lying around. No scientific reason—just one of those “let’s see what happens” kitchen experiments. Once sealed, I left them on the counter for several days. Normally, bananas turn brown almost overnight, but to my surprise, these looked exactly the same as when I first sealed them. No browning, no mush, no funky spots—nothing changed.
Confused and a little freaked out, I decided to open one to see what was actually happening on the inside. I expected something rotten or odd… but what I actually discovered completely shocked me. It definitely wasn’t what I imagined at all.
