My Ex Used Our Son’s College Fund for His Stepdaughter — The Truth Was Shocking

My ex-husband just used half of our son’s college fund to pay for his stepdaughter’s education. I was beyond furious, so I confronted him. His response was callous: “I earned that money, not you!”
That was the breaking point— I immediately reached out to my lawyer.

The next day, my lawyer insisted on a meeting, and shockingly, my ex had to be there. What we learned turned everything upside down.

It turns out that his stepdaughter had a full scholarship and wasn’t using a penny of the fund. But the real twist? His wife had been lying to him all along. She secretly opened an account and had been siphoning thousands of dollars from him over the years.

When he confronted her, she came clean—she’d been planning to leave him for a long time and was already seeing someone else. Now they’re in the middle of a divorce.

I feel completely betrayed and heartbroken. That money was meant for our son’s future. I don’t know what to do. Please, any advice would be appreciated.
