Tom, 17, faces a tough choice after his stepmother Leslie ruins his prom night by destroying his suit. His father, Richard, always tried to hold the family together after Tom’s mom left, but Leslie’s arrival with her son Stuart only made things worse. Leslie subtly favored Stuart and made Tom feel invisible.
