From the start, I knew my mother-in-law, Stella, didn’t approve of me. Despite five happy years of marriage with Eddie and the birth of our daughter Kiara, her coldness never faded. Stella had hoped Eddie would marry someone else, and her dislike only worsened after our wedding. Little did I expect her to take things so far secretly making a duplicate key to our house and sneaking in while we were away.

I started noticing strange smells and odd things out of place, so I installed a security camera without telling Eddie. The phone was full of fake texts implying I was having an affair, clearly a plot to destroy my marriage.

I confronted Stella during a family dinner, and Eddie found the phone with the damning messages. At first, he doubted me, but when I showed him the security footage, everything became clear. Eddie was shocked and furious, realizing his mother had been deliberately trying to tear us apart. He immediately asked Stella to leave, cutting ties with her for good.
