Strawberry Fluff Salad Mousse Cups Recipe

Start by whisking together one packet of instant strawberry pudding mix with one cup of cold milk in a large bowl. Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Then, add a 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and blend everything well to create a creamy base.

Next, gently fold in an 8-ounce tub of thawed whipped topping, like Cool Whip, until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy. At this stage, stir in two cups of freshly diced strawberries. For added texture, you can also mix in one cup of mini marshmallows or some crushed pineapple if you like.

Once combined, spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls. Cover them and refrigerate for at least one hour so the mousse cups can set properly and chill through. This resting time helps the flavors meld and the texture become delightfully light.

Before serving, garnish each cup with extra sliced strawberries or a dollop of whipped cream to add a fresh and appealing touch. For a tangier flavor, you can swap part of the whipped topping with strawberry yogurt, or if you prefer a firmer mousse, use less milk or freeze the cups slightly before serving.
