I Refuse to Let My DIL Dictate My Life, So I Served Her the Coldest Revenge

Millie’s son married Amy and the newlyweds moved into her home. At first things were fine, but Amy slowly began taking over — telling Millie what to cook, who she could invite over, and even suggesting Millie move into the guest room in her own house. Millie stayed quiet to keep the peace… until she discovered Amy was secretly trying to sell her late husband’s beloved car, one of the last things Millie had of him.

When confronted, Amy froze while Millie calmly reminded her that a family’s history can’t be erased by someone new. Her son finally supported her, but the home atmosphere has grown tense and uncomfortable. Now Millie wonders whether she’s being too protective or if Amy has completely crossed the line — and whether a family can survive when one person tries to bulldoze everything that came before them.
