The entertainment world is mourning the sudden loss of Wenne Alton Davis, the beloved actress known for her warmth and memorable work on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Davis, 60, was tragically killed in a traffic accident Monday night in New York City’s theater district. She was struck while crossing the street near Broadway and West 53rd Street and later pronounced dead at Mount Sinai West Hospital. The NYPD is continuing its investigation; the driver remained at the scene and no charges have been filed.
