Weeks after announcing that he ‘doesn’t have long left to live’, Ray J put on a worrying performance in front of fans in the US.The crowd at the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium in Louisiana were left concerned for the music star after seeing what appeared to be blood pouring from one of his eyes.Footage shared to social media shows something resembling a crimson tear trickling down the ‘One Wish’ singer’s face as he handed out roses to members of the audience at the gig on Saturday (14 February).R&B icons such as Bobby Valentino, Kelly Price and Sunshine Anderson also took to the stage for the ‘Intimate Valentine’s Day Concert’.But it’s Ray J’s set which has become a prominent topic of conversation online, due to the 45-year-old’s recent admissions about his health.
In early January, the Mississippi-born star revealed that he ‘almost died’ after battling a severe case of pneumonia, while explaining doctors had told him that his heart is ‘only beating 25 percent’.He went as far as to say that ‘2027 is definitely a wrap’ for him, before claiming that medics told him his heart was ‘black’.He added: “I thought I was so big so I could handle all the alcohol, I could handle all the Adderall, the drugs, I can handle everything – but I couldn’t. It curved my time.”While on stage on Saturday, a red liquid was seen rolling out from behind Ray J’s sunglasses and down his face as he handed out red roses to fans.Despite it looking like he was dealing with some sort of painful eye problem, he was seen smiling and he even hopped into the crowd.
