In a 2022 interview with Deadline, Brown explained that her relationship with Cavill felt very different from the close, sibling-like friendships she shares with her Stranger Things co-stars. Having grown up working with actors such as Noah Schnapp and Charlie Heaton since she was around 10 years old, Brown said those friendships naturally became very relaxed and informal.
