Mark and his family lived peacefully in their quiet suburban neighborhood until new neighbors, the Smiths, moved in. At first, Tom and Karen Smith seemed friendly, even inviting everyone to a BBQ. However, things quickly went downhill when their late-night parties became constant, keeping Mark’s kids awake and disturbing the entire neighborhood.
