A tragic accident occurred in the Red Sea off the coast of Egypt when a tourist submarine, Sindbad, sank near Hurghada during an excursion to explore coral reefs. The vessel, carrying 44 passengers, including children of various nationalities, began to sink near a marina,

prompting an intense rescue operation. Reports confirm that six people lost their lives, including a child, and nine others sustained injuries, with four in critical condition.
