Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams-Paisley have spent more than two decades building a marriage and family while keeping their two sons largely out of the public eye. Married since March 2003, the couple have raised William “Huck” Huckleberry Paisley, born in 2007, and Jasper Warren Paisley, born in 2009, with a strong focus on privacy. In a May 2026 interview, Kimberly shared the simple advice that has helped their relationship endure: “Don’t leave.” She explained that marriage brings ups and downs, but commitment and making time for one another have remained important. Their love story began in an unexpected way, too: Brad reportedly became interested in Kimberly after watching her in Father of the Bride in 1991, years before they met in person. Their wedding was just as unconventional, with guests discovering at what they thought was a rehearsal dinner that they were actually attending the ceremony. Today, the couple’s family life remains close-knit, even as their sons begin pursuing interests of their own.
Although Kimberly has carefully protected her children’s privacy, occasional glimpses have revealed two young men developing creative talents. Huck, now 19, has shown a particular interest in writing plays. He participated in Nashville’s Theater Bug Playground Playwright program, where young writers receive guidance as their work moves from development to live production. His play Megg the Egg earned a National YoungArts Award, and he later worked on another production titled Keys. Jasper has also begun exploring theater, participating in Theater Bug’s Ten Minute Play Festival. His play, The Collected Works of Lorenzo Marsico, was announced for performances in Nashville in February 2026. Away from the stage, the brothers have distinct personalities and interests, according to their parents. Brad has described how different his sons are from one another, while Kimberly has praised Jasper’s patience, humor, and compassion. The family has also supported one another through difficult moments, including Kimberly’s lengthy struggle with a partially paralyzed vocal cord. Despite their famous parents, Huck and Jasper are gradually establishing identities through their own work, while Brad and Kimberly continue to encourage them without pushing them into the spotlight.
