Husband of HR exec caught in kiss cam scandal revealed to also be at same Coldplay concert with another woman

The infamous Coldplay kiss cam scandal is back in the spotlight after a shocking twist. Months ago, Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was caught on camera kissing Kristin Cabot, the company’s Chief People Officer, during a Coldplay concert. The clip went viral, leading to massive backlash, and both Byron and Cabot resigned from their positions shortly after.

New details reveal that Kristin had separated from her husband, Andrew Cabot, just weeks before the concert. In a surprising turn, it has now been confirmed that Andrew was also at the same concert—but with another woman, who is now his girlfriend. This directly contradicts earlier reports claiming he was in Japan at the time.

A source clarified that Kristin and Andrew’s split was amicable and that Kristin was in a private box with colleagues, while Andrew attended the show separately. Kristin wasn’t trying to hide from the camera but admitted she knew it was inappropriate behavior to kiss her boss publicly, given her HR role.

Though there was no cheating involved, the scandal caused chaos for everyone involved. Even Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has joked about the viral moment at later concerts, ensuring the bizarre incident won’t be forgotten anytime soon.
