13 signs that you urgently need more magnesium

Feeling tired, craving sugar, or struggling with cramps and poor sleep? You might be low on magnesium. Modern diets, processed foods, stress, and depleted soil have left about 57% of Americans not getting enough magnesium.

Common signs of deficiency include: muscle cramps, constant fatigue, sleep problems, high stress or anxiety, headaches/migraines, high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, digestive issues, numbness/tingling, and strong sugar or chocolate cravings.

To boost magnesium naturally, eat foods like dark chocolate, pumpkin and chia seeds, leafy greens, bananas, avocados, nuts, beans, lentils, and whole grains.
