During a power outage, a paramedic had to deliver a baby in a dark house and asked Kathleen, a wide-eyed 3-year-old, to hold a flashlight over her mom so he could see. Little Kathleen took her job very seriously as her baby brother, Connor, was born right there at home.
When the paramedic lifted the newborn and gave him a gentle spank to make him cry, he turned to Kathleen and asked what she thought about everything she had just witnessed. Without missing a beat, she replied with complete sincerity, “I think he spanked him a little too hard.”
