Woman caught on Coldplay kiss cam with her boss FINALLY breaks silence: ‘It was a cliché mistake after a few tequila cocktails’

Kristin Cabot has spoken out months after she and her married boss, Andy Byron, were caught embracing on a jumbotron at a Coldplay concert in Boston. Cabot says the viral moment was a one-time, alcohol-fueled mistake—not an affair—and admits she acted inappropriately after drinking, a decision she says ultimately cost her career.

She described facing intense public shaming, death threats, and sexist accusations, while stressing that the incident was her first and only lapse. Both Cabot and Byron resigned after the footage spread, and she says the fallout deeply affected her children and family. While taking responsibility, Cabot questioned whether a single mistake should lead to lifelong punishment, saying she wants her kids to learn that errors don’t define a person forever.
