Football fans across the world will be counting down the days until the 2026 World Cup but 47 countries might as well not bother after a psychic revealed the winner.It’s set to the biggest World Cup in history, spanning three host nations of Mexico, Canada and the US and an increased 48 teams, which has allowed minnows such as Haiti, Cape Verde and Scotland to qualify.The build-up to the sporting event has been marred by plenty of controversy, particularly after Donald Trump announced that fans of two of the qualified teams, Haiti and Iran, have been banned from attending.While most folks complain about keeping politics out of sport, it’s likely to be impossible this summer, although hopefully the focus will be very much on the football, and Brazilian psychic Michael Bruno reckons we can already start engraving the iconic trophy.
