Inside, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has a clean, modern appearance, with a bright kitchen, dark cabinetry, white countertops and comfortable living spaces. But one unexpected feature quickly became a talking point: an electric fireplace beneath her television, complete with colorful lighting that gives the room a cozy feel despite the warm Florida setting.

The rest of the apartment reflects Kai’s personality, with black-and-white artwork, an Aspen ski gondola print, a New York City skyline picture and her YouTube awards displayed around the home. Her bedroom follows a simple white theme, while the bathroom and walk-in closet give her plenty of space away from the typical freshman dorm experience. Kai openly acknowledged that she feels fortunate to have such a home, especially while balancing college with competitive golf. Yet the tour also came after an emotional transition. In a previous video, she became tearful while talking about leaving her friends and family in Jupiter, admitting that saying goodbye was harder than she expected. Now, her apartment appears to be giving her a comfortable place to settle into this new chapter.
