When officers arrived, they learned that a man had allegedly barricaded himself inside the residence.Police entered the home, detained the man, and found an unresponsive elderly woman inside. She was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS. Authorities later identified the suspect as Ciarre Bryce Campbell, Calais’s brother.Fulton County jail records show that Ciarre was charged with murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of certain felonies. He remains in custody.
